Shipping costs are a complex topic, and it’s not always easy to explain to customers what factors influence them and how they are calculated. Below you will find some guidelines that will help you understand how we handle online orders.

The estimated delivery times** for each product are indicated on the product page.

Shipping cost and days to delivery outside Italy are indicated in the cart, only after been indicate shipping address. 

Upon receiving the “shipment notification,” unless in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the ordered products will be delivered within 1-3 business days for Northern and Central Italy, and 3-5 business days for Southern Italy and the islands (Sicily and Sardinia).

These delivery times start from the day after the Seller confirms the order to the Customer via a confirmation email. If the Seller is unable to ship the products within the specified timeframe, the Customer will be promptly notified via email or telephone, indicating the new estimated delivery date.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond the Seller’s control.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery timeframe starts from the date of receipt of the funds.

Shipping is free for all orders exceeding €99.00 within Italy (shipping costs to other countries are indicated in the shopping cart).

For orders below €99.00, a fixed shipping fee of €6.90 will be applied, regardless of the destination.

Customers have the option to choose shipping insurance for an additional flat fee of €5.00. It is important to note that by selecting shipping insurance, the Seller guarantees priority handling of replacements or refunds in the event of significant delivery delays or merchandise damage due to causes beyond their control. Alternatively, customers can choose the KASKO service, which allows free returns (we will take care of the courier pickup).

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but will be clearly indicated and calculated before the payment process is completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot choose the individual courier responsible for the delivery. If you have received a delivery service that you deem unsatisfactory, please inform us. We will do our best to improve our service.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please make a note of it on the delivery document that you will be required to sign for the courier.

**Courier Service Interruptions: If the courier is unable to commence or continue the transport of the sender’s shipment due to causes beyond their control, it will not be considered a breach of the contract with the sender. However, the courier will make every reasonable effort, given the circumstances, to initiate or continue the transport. Examples of force majeure events include the interruption of land communication routes or air routes due to severe weather conditions, as well as fires, floods, wars, riots or civil unrest, government or other authority actions (including customs), labor disputes, or obligations affecting the courier or third parties.


The shipping cost is €6.90 for any number of products purchased for orders below €99.00.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders exceeding €99.00 (including BRT Depot Delivery).

Optional shipping insurance costs €5.00.

Optional KASKO insurance costs €10.00.

Tracking information will be automatically sent by our courier on the day your order is shipped.

We use the best express couriers to handle your orders. For shipments within Europe/Non-EU countries, our partners are DPD, DHL, and FedEx.

The estimated delivery times for each product are indicated on the product page.

Upon receiving the “shipment notification,” delivery takes 1-3 business days (Northern/Central Italy) and 3-5 business days for Southern Italy and the islands. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

In the case of orders with products having different delivery times, they will still be shipped together in one package.

Our orders are packed in boxes with our logo, “anonymous” packaging, or protective film.
