Shipping costs are a complex topic, and it’s not always easy to explain to customers what factors influence them and how they are calculated. Below you will find some guidelines that will help you understand how we handle online orders.

Autoricambi SanMauro will deliver the ordered products through a professional courier service.

The estimated delivery times** for each product are indicated on the product page.

Shipping cost and days to delivery outside Italy are indicated in the cart, only after been indicate shipping address. 

Upon receiving the “shipment notification,” unless in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the ordered products will be delivered within 1-3 business days for Northern and Central Italy, and 3-5 business days for Southern Italy and the islands (Sicily and Sardinia).

These delivery times start from the day after the Seller confirms the order to the Customer via a confirmation email. If the Seller is unable to ship the products within the specified timeframe, the Customer will be promptly notified via email or telephone, indicating the new estimated delivery date.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond the Seller’s control.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery timeframe starts from the date of receipt of the funds.

Shipping is free for all orders exceeding €99.00 within Italy (shipping costs to other countries are indicated in the shopping cart). Shipping is not free for large items or those requiring special handling (e.g., roof boxes or car batteries).

For orders below €99.00, a fixed shipping fee of €6.90 will be applied, regardless of the destination.

Customers have the option to choose shipping insurance for an additional flat fee of €5.00. It is important to note that by selecting shipping insurance, the Seller guarantees priority handling of replacements or refunds in the event of significant delivery delays or merchandise damage due to causes beyond their control. Alternatively, customers can choose the KASKO service, which allows free returns (we will take care of the courier pickup).

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but will be clearly indicated and calculated before the payment process is completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot choose the individual courier responsible for the delivery. If you have received a delivery service that you deem unsatisfactory, please inform us. We will do our best to improve our service.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please make a note of it on the delivery document that you will be required to sign for the courier.

**Courier Service Interruptions: If the courier is unable to commence or continue the transport of the sender’s shipment due to causes beyond their control, it will not be considered a breach of the contract with the sender. However, the courier will make every reasonable effort, given the circumstances, to initiate or continue the transport. Examples of force majeure events include the interruption of land communication routes or air routes due to severe weather conditions, as well as fires, floods, wars, riots or civil unrest, government or other authority actions (including customs), labor disputes, or obligations affecting the courier or third parties.

TO SUMMARIZE

The shipping cost is €6.90 for any number of products purchased for orders below €99.00.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders exceeding €99.00 (including BRT Depot Delivery).

Shipping is not free for large items or those requiring special handling (e.g., roof boxes or car batteries).

Optional shipping insurance costs €5.00.

Optional KASKO insurance costs €10.00.

Tracking information will be automatically sent by our courier on the day your order is shipped.

We use the best express couriers to handle your orders. For shipments within Europe/Non-EU countries, our partners are DPD, DHL, and FedEx.

Upon receiving the “shipment notification,” delivery takes 1-3 business days (Northern/Central Italy) and 3-5 business days for Southern Italy and the islands. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

In the case of orders with products having different delivery times, they will still be shipped together in one package.

Our orders are packed in boxes with our logo, “anonymous” packaging, or protective film.

 

If the Customer is a “Consumer,” as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, they are entitled to the rights set forth in Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/02/2014, and therefore have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract (hereinafter “Right of Withdrawal”) for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, as specified below.

According to the regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the sale of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., coded keys).

The withdrawal can apply to all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the Products purchased by the Consumer. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the Carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the Product(s) (hereinafter “Withdrawal Period”).

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a withdrawal notice (hereinafter “Withdrawal Notice”) by postal mail before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period, addressed to:

Alternatively, the Withdrawal Notice can be sent, within the same Withdrawal Period as indicated above, also via email to the following address: info@autoricambisanmauro.it. The Withdrawal Notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the Purchase and the Product(s) for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised. To facilitate the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller provides its Consumers with a specific form to use for the withdrawal notice. Download the “Withdrawal Form” here.

Following the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, as outlined in Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code as mentioned above, the Seller will send the Consumer a Practice Number via EMAIL. This Number must be indicated by the Consumer at the time of returning the Product(s) (hereinafter “Return”). The Return of the Product(s) must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer communicated their decision to withdraw, pursuant to Article 52 of the aforementioned Consumer Code. The aforementioned deadline will be deemed respected if the Consumer returns the Product(s) subject to withdrawal before the expiration of the 14-day period.

The Seller reminds its Consumers that the transport costs related to the return of the Product(s) subject to withdrawal are the responsibility of the Consumer, and the Return is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer. The Seller reminds its Consumers, before making the Return, to check that the Product(s) subject to withdrawal are intact and in a normal state of preservation, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accompanying documentation).

The Consumer, in accordance with current regulations, will be responsible only for the decrease in the value of the Product(s) resulting from handling the Product(s) differently than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product(s).

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised in accordance with the provisions of Articles 52 and following, the Seller will reimburse the Consumer the entire amount already paid, including Delivery Costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the Purchase Contract. The amount will be refunded using the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly requested otherwise by the Consumer and provided that the Consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

The Seller, in accordance with and for the purposes of Article 56 of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, reserves the right to withhold the refund until the Products have been received or until the Consumer has demonstrated that the Products have been shipped, depending on which situation occurs first.

When choosing the shipping method, you can select insured shipping.

In this case, if there are any problems, we proceed with an immediate solution to the problem (normally by shipping a new product).

Otherwise, the procedure is that the package must be returned to the sender and that, after our verification and opening of the file with the courier, new products are sent.

We remind you that even in the case of a parcel in perfect condition (not necessarily partially ruined or damaged), we recommend that you sign the delivery note indicating “I sign with reservation, parcel partially damaged”.
In this way, if the items inside the parcel are damaged, we will be able to deal with them quickly.
